Synthetic Vanishing Oil – Reduces the need for degrease
Mid Form Vanishing Oil is a modern high quality, very low viscosity high performance synthetic vanishing oil designed to give significant enhancements in tool-life, operator comfort, and surface finish. Suitable for high speed applications of up to 400 cycles/minute. The product is designed to give high performance on Aluminium and non-ferrous metals and leave zero residue.
Mid Form Vanishing Oil is a special product which is a rapidly evaporating product with low odour. This high performance product, designed with light hydrotreated petroleum distillates and fortified with synthetic high lubricity additives. It is designed to lubricate light to medium duty metal forming operations that provides good tool-life, excellent surface finish and leaves a drier residue.
Mid Form Vanishing Oil is suitable for blanking, forming, punching, and pressing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, giving superior surface finish and tool-life. It is also designed to lubricate light to medium duty metal forming operations and then evaporate to leave no residual film.
